TERMS & CONDITIONS

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

 

CANCELLING A PERSONALISED ORDER:

Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective, you have no right to cancel and we cannot accept returns on 'Personalised' or 'bespoke' items, whether by name or date, as these cannot be sold to anyone else. Our website is designed to give customers every opportunity to check all input/personalisation details and dates.

Customers can cancel and receieve full refund before print or design has started. Once the design job has commenced, a full refund cannot be requested. In cases where customers would like to cancel an order, a design fee will be deducted from the refund. Design fee can be a maximum of £34.99 and a minimum of £14.99. However LiQuid Invitations LTD reserve the righ to alter this on case to case basis and can alter this at any given time with immediete effect,

 

REFUNDS:

We have a 14 day refund policy, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note personalised or customised items are non returnable or refundable. Non returnable items include, but are not excluded to: Personalised Wedding Cards, Personalised Invitations, Personalised Gift Cards, Personalised Stickers, Personalised Banners and more.

Please note, orders which have not been printed can be cancelled - This is only if cancelled before printing has commenced and if agreed by a team member. However as our business entails both design* & print services, we charge for the design service when an order is cancelled after the design work has started. This is as our end cost includes printing expense costs as well as labour work in the form of designing* which includes typing, formatting, wording, altering, finishing and processing a single order.

Design*: refers to the following - personalisation, customisation, alteration, rearranging wording, adjusting wording, adding/removing wording. adding/removing patterns, typing, formatting etc
